We can spend so much time complaining or trying to fix what we think is wrong with us, that we forget to appreciate all the good that we have to offer ourselves and the world around us.

Become more confident and content within yourself by taking time to regularly focus on your gifts, they will strengthen, as will you.  The more you focus on the positive within yourself, the happier you will feel about yourself whilst your perceptions change of the world around you.
