Chakra Healing Workshop

When our chakras are clear and balanced we are healthy, loving and connected, we feel at peace within ourselves, we are able to express ourselves, have great relationships and manifest our needs easily.  When our energy system is blocked or weak we can feel stuck, out of balance, disconnected and depleted.  Imbalances in our base chakra may leave us feeling unsupported in life, low in energy and having difficulty manifesting our needs in the physical world, we may get stressed easily and suffer from anxiety.  Imbalances in our throat chakra can cause conflict in our relationships as we struggle to express ourselves and our needs, we can feel unheard and misunderstood.

The chakras are wheels or vortexes of energy that govern different aspects of our lives, they align with the spine and control the energy flow within our subtle energy system, including our aura and meridian system and then feeding our central nervous system and organs.

Clearing and balancing our chakras helps us to experience our true identity, beyond ego, illusion and separation.  The Masters will work with us in this chakra healing workshop bringing teachings and healing, helping you to master yourself, your energy and your reality.

In this chakra healing workshop you will learn simple energy practices for you to master yourself, your emotions, mind and body.  Working on your chakras raises your vibration and your level of consciousness, it helps you to develop in all areas of your life.  You will also act as an energetic catalyst for creating change in others and the planet as we are all connected.
