To help clear past lives we are often drawn to go to places where we have incarnated before as there is healing needed, just being there can help shift the energy and help us move forwards in our lives. We may have to visit in person as an interaction with someone is needed or we may gain greater understanding or healing through the experience. There may also be healing needed for the land and the people connected in relation to these lives, much of this can happen unconsciously.
A place may feel familiar to you even though you haven’t been there in this lifetime. A place may feel wonderful to you due to living a past life full of love there. Other places may not be so pleasant as they bring up past life trauma and emotions for clearing which are activated by you being there.
By working with a healer, having a past life regression or using our intuition and healing abilities to heal these past lives we can clear these old energies much easier freeing us from the past enabling us to be healthier and happier now. The transformation can be tremendous and we can feel like a new person afterwards, as if a weight has been lifted that we didn’t even know was there.
Having been drawn to come to Lake Garda for a while I finally made it and what an amazing and healing place it is. The purity of the land and the healing waters are rejuvenating and uplifting. It didn’t take long to feel its benefits as my energy field and connections were greatly strengthened not long after arriving.
Exploring my past lives in Italy has been a wonderful experience and I share two of my healing stories below for you:
A medicine woman at Grotte di Catullo, Sirmione, Lake Garda
An unexpected healing came through when I visited the remains of the ancient Roman villa at the end of the peninsula of Sirmione overlooking the beautiful Lake Garda in Northern Italy.
This ancient Roman villa is thought to have been owned by the Catullo family and regularly visited by Gaius Valerius Catullus who was a Latin poet living in the 1st century B.C who dedicated his life to love and poetry. The site is enormous covering 20,000 square meters and only 1/3 has been excavated since it’s discovery in the 1940’s.
I feel this was a place that was visited by many people to experience it’s beautiful scenery, captivating energy as well as for it’s healing hot springs, it was a place where people took refuge as it was a sanctuary to those in need of rest and rejuvenation especially for the sick and the elderly.
I have little interest in history but went to visit the ruins to keep my partner company (he often leads me to where I need to go). It took minutes for me to feel that it was far more than that, I started to feel a connection to the place and knew that I had been here before in another life and that I had been recalled here for a reason other than to just experience it’s beauty. I then remembered that when leaving our hotel room that morning I said “let’s go home”, thinking I was having a brain fail moment I disregarded my comment and laughed at myself.
A Lemurian Master connected and started guiding me. I soon experienced a remembrance of my past life here as I walked past a room (pictured right) and felt a magnetic pull guiding me into it. I had a vision where I was drawing symbols on the walls and tending to the sick with plant medicines. I knew this was where I lived, helping people in need as I had great power and understanding, I was able to heal the sick, I could see into the future and was well respected in my community as a healer and medicine woman. I saw myself in my 50’s or 60’s, tall with long silver hair, I was often sat on a platform at the end of this room performing healing rituals or out connecting with the lands and collecting what I needed for my plant remedies.
I saw myself later on in life being accused of theft, I had wrongly taken something that I wanted to use in a ritual so was sentenced to death. The trauma of this had stayed with me and it was time to let it go. I felt the energy changing, feeling lighter and strengthened by the healing I was receiving.
Walking around the grounds I found a beautiful breathtaking place overlooking the lake, I was told “my home”, I was buried here and told that the land carries an imprint of my life here. I felt a further integration of our energies, a coming home, a very peaceful and blissful feeling.
This past life healing was an answer to my prayers to help with my service work, this part of me needed to heal and integrate to raise my energy and to further develop my healing abilities. I knew this was important for my role in this lifetime. Parts of me were returning which was strengthening my energy, this lady needed to come back as well as the lessons learnt in that lifetime, our energies needed integrating as part of our soul energy had fragmented due to the pain and trauma she experienced.
I left feeling much lighter and blessed for the healing and remembrance.
Healing from the mountains at Monte Baldo, Malcesine, Lake Garda
Monte Baldo is a mountain range in the Italian Alps reachable from the nearby town of Malcesine. Climbing 1800m by cable car I walked for hours experiencing some of the mountains beautiful and powerful energies.
We can all bring through healing energies offering them to the Earth, we just need to set the intention and allow it to happen. I did exactly this and felt a connection to the spirit of the land and I soon felt energy come through me. Seconds after one of the mountain peaks got my attention and I felt a beautiful uplifting energy full of gratitude coming from it, my hands automatically went into prayer position feeling the gratitude from higher levels of me flowing back to the mountain as I realised it was sharing energies with me in return.
Feeling connected, peaceful and grateful I sat on the mountain overlooking the lake contemplating my journey here and my past life connections. The healing continued as I let go of more past wounds and further integrated the lessons learnt in lives here of which I
picked up three. I realised that this trip to Italy was about achieving greater levels of peace within myself, I needed to release the energies connected to these lives to allow this to be more of my natural state of being.
I walked on to explore further and received another rush of energy as my attention was brought to a massive snow peaked mountain in front of me. I smiled feeling blissful again. The mountain was giving me strength and illumination. I waited allowing the healing to complete as I was unable to move. I felt my heart opening and Archangel Gabriel by my side. A clearing of ancestral energies was happening, helping those I incarnated with in the lifetimes here. Releasing, releasing and more bliss.
This place again felt like my home and I was told that it had Lemurian (ancient civilisation before Atlantis) connections, that Monte Baldo carries an imprint of these times, carrying its harmonious resonance.
How can healing past lives help you?
